- Cardiff
- Duration: 2 hours
Overview
This White Water Rafting is set right in the heart of Cardiff Bay, and slap-bang in the centre of the International Sports Village.
This exhilarating activity centre offers white and flat water, connected to the river, as well as a whole load of other adrenaline-fuelled activities – such as gorge walking and air zipline.
The epic white water trek, closed off from the actual river, is 250 metres. This place pumps in 16 cubic metres of water per second… equivalent to 80 bath tubs. They can even change the flow and level of the water, depending on ability levels.
We'll let you in on a little secret, guys – we actually went on a recce to this place, and it was unbelievable. And, not one of us fell in. You and your group will get a full safety briefing from a pro, who will even take you around the course and teach you certain manoeuvres – such as riding the wave and filling the raft with water…
