How Does it Work?

Fill in the form on the website to order your wristband for as many or as few people as you want. Only £12 each.

We’ll then personalise the wristbands with your group name (added during check-out) and post out to you.

1. What bars can I get in with this wristband?

Currently there are eleven fantastic bars you can get entry to with this wristband from Revolution to Flares, click ‘more information’ at the top of this page to read about each of them individually.

2. Where can I find the bars?

There’s a map above showing you where they all are or you can scan the QR code on the wristband for all of the addresses.

3. When are the wristbands valid for?

For one night on either a Friday or Saturday, please select your date when you purchase your wristbands.

4. How is the wristband personalised?

Using state-of-the-art printers, the wristbands are personalised with the name of your group, so if it’s a hen party it could be something like "Sally’s Last Night of Freedom" or if it’s a birthday, it could be "John’s big birthday bash". To keep it readable we’d recommend keeping it under 30 characters.

5. Can I get this if I’m not going on a stag or hen do?

Absolutely! As long as there are at least four of you that wanna go on a night out in Newcastle, it doesn’t matter what the occasion is, it could be a birthday or even a work night out.

6. How much is postage and packaging?

FREE!

7. How long will the wristband take to arrive?

It will take up to two working days to print and dispatch, delivery should be the next working day after that.

8. Can I split the cost amongst my group?

Yes, if you click "GET NOW" then "ADD TO QUOTE" (rather than "buy wristbands now") this will trigger a member of our sales team to get in touch allowing you order the wristbands with a deposit and requesting individual payments from the rest of the group. The wristbands will all be posted to an address requested by the group lead (not individually).

9. How do the clubs know we’re coming?

Your "Group Lead" name (as stipulated by you on checkout) will be down on the guestlist, so door staff will know you’re coming.

10. How epic are the bars and clubs?

We’re glad you asked. We’re based in Newcastle, we’ve organised thousands of stags and hens, we want you to have a great time, so we have picked out bars and clubs with the best party vibes that we are sure you’ll just love (because we do too!).

11. When is the latest I can order a wristband?

Before 4pm on the Monday before your night out on the Friday or Saturday of the same week.

12. What happens if I have a problem on the night?

Call us on the emergency number provided with your wristbands and our 24/7 weekend support team will be there to assist with any issues you may have.

13. Can we wear fancy dress to the bars?

If you’re planning on coming in fancy dress, we would suggest checking out the fancy dress policies with the specific bars (listed above).

14. When are the wristbands valid from?

From the opening times of the venues on the date you request on check-out.
