How will I know what the t-shirt design will look like?

If your birthday t-shirt design includes a photo our design team will send you a mock up to make sure you’re happy with it before it goes to print.

How long will I have to wait for a mock-up?

Once our designer has received your photo/idea, we’ll send a mock-up within one working day.

How long will the T-shirts take to get here?

We’re currently one of the fastest producers of personalised birthday t-shirts on the market, printing and dispatching your design within 48 hours. If you choose Next Day Delivery at checkout you could have within 3 days (or 4 days for photo-print).

How can you deliver so fast compared to others on the market?

We’re a UK company based in Gateshead meaning you don’t have to wait weeks for your T-shirt(s) to come from abroad. We do all of our design work and printing in house, so you can contact us directly to ask any questions or sort out any issues.

What difference does an in-house designer make?

It means that our T-shirts can be personalised how you want them. Many companies only offer readymade designs or have a template you must stick to. Our designer will do all the work for you, and make sure it looks great. Just send us through your image or idea and we’ll sort you out.

Can I personalise each T-shirt in the group differently?

If you’re going on a birthday trip, then you might want your names or nicknames on the back. We can certainly arrange this for you just please let us know when you order. The front design will be the same across the whole group.

What T-shirt sizes do you offer?

At present, T-shirt sizes range from small to 5XL.

What’s the material like?

Our designs are printed on well-known brand Fruit of The Loom (or similar quality garments), so you can be assured they’re made from a good quality material. Our T-shirts are 100% cotton.

Can we put birthday numbers on the shirts?

Yes, absolutely! Let everyone know how old the birthday boy/girl/person is by putting the number on it. Alternatively, you don’t have to have the numbers – it's up to you!
